Orders placed through a website such as this are contractually binding. What that means is, once you place the order, you are legally obligated to follow through with payment. Placing an order through this website, then going off and buying a similar item somewhere else rather than picking up and paying for the order from CB Services is actually a crime.
That having been said, CB Services is a very reasonable company to deal with, and, if the situation warrants it, an order can be cancelled with a 15% administration fee. This is done on a case-by-case basis, and is by no means guaranteed to be granted, but if you explain your situation, and why exactly you cannot follow through on your agreement to purchase, CB Services will evaluate whether your situation warrants such action, and proceed according to our decision.
You agree that you will provide complete and accurate information when creating an account. Even if you plan on picking up your order yourself, CB Services still requires full address information for our records. If your contact information changes, through either moving, changing internet providers, or something similar, you agree to return to this site and update your contact information accordingly.
We agree to not send all sorts of spam to the email address you register your account with. There is a newsletter which will be sent out occasionally with specials, new products, and other such news, but this is an opt-in newsletter.
