Shipping:
All items can be picked up directly from CB Services at 1798 Attawandaron Road, London, Ontario, with no shipping costs or handling fee. Payment is due before the item is picked up, either through the website at the time of order, or by cash or cheque at the time of pickup. If this is the option desired, please wait for contact from CB Services before picking up your order. We usually don't stock large items, but order them in as required, which saves you money. When your item(s) come in, we will inform you, and pickup will be available at any time after that.
If customer pickup is not feasible or desired, items will be normally be shipped by insured parcel post through Canada Post. This entails the customer to have the ability to sign for the package when it is delivered. If your location or work hours make this difficult, a special request can be made to ship the package uninsured.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPMENT IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS AN UNINSURED DELIVERY.
Returns:
Returns are available on any item normally stocked by CB Services within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee on the price before shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to deliver the product to CB Services. We do not refund any shipping portion of the cost.
Items not normally stocked by CB Services cannot usually be returned. There are occasional exceptions made to this on a case-by-case basis, so it doesn't hurt to ask, but don't hold your breath. The same 15% restocking fee and no-refund shipping restrictions apply to these returns also.
Warranty Returns:
Any item which malfunctions under the manufacturer's warranty will be exchanged for an identical or similar item, provided the customer returns the item to CB Services, with a copy of the original invoice. Returns not accompanied by the original invoice will not be accepted for warranty exchange.
Exception: Some low-priced economy items are covered by CB Services for a shorter period than the manufacturer's warranty. This is usually for 1 year, on an item warrantied by the manufacturer for 2 or more years. Every effort is made to list these more limited warranties in the product description. |
